Do I have to pay for everything up front and wait for my insurance to reimburse me?
When you enroll in Envisia Plus, you’re pre-paying for a year of preventive care. You can either pay the first three months upfront, followed by monthly billing, or pay the full amount and receive one month free. As we perform your services, we’ll send claims to your insurance company, which will reimburse you directly. The reimbursement will often cover most of the cost of the plan, making it a great deal!
How does reimbursement work for other treatments?
For treatments beyond preventive care, you’ll receive a 20% discount off our standard fees. We’ll continue to “take assignment of benefits,” meaning the insurance company can send payment directly to us, and you’ll only need to pay your co-payment. If your insurance doesn’t allow this and sends the check to you, you’ll need to cover the cost at the time of treatment or finance it, as always.
