Dr. Robert L Knudson DDS grew up in Los Altos, California and Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where his father, a skilled dentist, practiced until 1989. Dr. Bob was heavily influenced by his father's professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. He and his wife, Rose, are proud parents of two daughters, Kelsey and Madeline. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Knudson enjoys cultivating grapes and creating high-quality wine.
After graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1983, Dr. Knudson pursued advanced training in orthodontics at the United States Dental Institute. He remains up-to-date with cutting-edge dental techniques by regularly attending hands-on clinical training courses with respected organizations such as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Las Vegas Institute, and the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies.
Dr. Knudson is also an advocate for charitable causes and helped establish the Give Back A Smile program in Washington. This initiative provides no-cost reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry to victims of domestic violence, allowing them to restore their confidence with a bright, healthy smile.
