Envisia Plus: Savings on Your Dental Care, Every Step of the Way
At Envisia Lifestyle Dentistry, we understand that dental care can sometimes be a big financial concern, especially if you don’t have dental insurance. That's why we initially offered the Kleer plan, which provided patients without insurance a discounted rate on both preventive and restorative care. A 20% discount on treatments can make a huge difference when you’re covering dental expenses on your own.
But now, we’re excited to introduce an even better option for all our patients—Envisia Plus!
Why Envisia Plus is Different
The Kleer plan was designed for those without dental insurance, but it wasn’t available for patients who did have insurance. This was due to the limitations set by the Kleer company. While Kleer offered a discount, the rules prevented us from billing insurance for preventive care if you were on the plan, which meant insured patients were essentially paying twice for their cleanings and exams.
To solve this, we created Envisia Plus—a plan designed to maximize your savings and make it available to more of our patients, even those with insurance.
How Envisia Plus Works
With Envisia Plus, you still pay a one-year membership fee, but here’s the key difference: if you have insurance, we can now bill your insurance for preventive care. The payments from your insurance go directly to you, which helps cover the cost of your membership. That means you're still getting a 20% discount on all your other treatments—just like with the Kleer plan—but without paying double for preventive services.
While we can’t bill your insurance more than the contracted amount (as it’s not allowed by law), we will submit your claims so you should receive most, if not all, of the membership fee back over the course of the year. And with your 20% discount starting immediately, you’re saving on day one!
Insurance and Eligibility
Envisia Plus is managed in-house by our team, so we have the flexibility to bill your insurance for preventive care, even if we’re not in-network. Currently, we are in-network with Delta Dental and Aetna managed plans, which do not allow for this billing structure, as they already provide discounted fees. However, once our contract with these providers expires in Spring 2025, patients with Delta and Aetna can sign up for Envisia Plus as well.
If you have any other dental insurance plan, and it allows for payment of services in our office, you’re eligible to sign up for Envisia Plus right now!
Envisia Plus Membership Options
We’ve designed three membership options to suit your needs:
- Standard Plan: For patients who need two cleanings per year.
- Periodontal Plan: For patients with gum issues who need three cleanings annually.
- Comprehensive Periodontal Plan: For those requiring four cleanings per year.
Each membership includes:
- Regular cleanings (based on your selected plan)
- Any type of X-rays, including CBCT scans
- Periodic exams
- Emergency exams when needed
- In-office fluoride treatments
Plus, you'll receive a 20% discount on all other treatments, from routine fillings to dental implants—and even more complex procedures! Invisalign® treatment is included at a 10% discount (since the cost we pay for Invisalign is a significant part of the price).
Transition from Kleer to Envisia Plus
If you’re currently on the Kleer plan, don’t worry! You will continue receiving the same benefits until your membership expires. When it’s time to renew, you can seamlessly switch to Envisia Plus without having to make the initial down payment that new members do. Moving forward, we are discontinuing new Kleer memberships and have asked Kleer not to automatically renew any existing plans.
